OUR COVID-19 PROMISE

As the UK begins to re-open following the Covid-19 pandemic, our absolute goal is to ensure that our clients are happy to book our services with complete confidence. Not only from a financial point of view, but of course from a hygiene point of view too. That’s why we’ve implemented a number of procedures to give you full confidence.

OUR PROMISE

We promise that you’ll not lose a penny when booking with us due to the Covid-19 pandemic. We promise to be completely flexible and will do everything in our power to ensure your event goes ahead as planned, whilst operating within UK government guidelines. We promise that you and your guests can celebrate with complete peace of mind, knowing that all equipment has been sanitised to the best of our ability.

Despite the Covid-19 pandemic, we promise to supply you with a service that you’ll never forget!

ARE YOU TAKING BOOKINGS?

Yes. We are taking bookings for events being held from April 2021 onwards and will continue to work in line with the government and the WHO guidelines.

WHAT IF WE GO BACK INTO LOCKDOWN?

If the location that your event is being held goes into lockdown prior to, or over the scheduled event date, we’ll happily reschedule your event to a date in the future at no extra cost.

We’ll retain your booking deposit to help pay our bills and our staff, but we’ll ask for no additional financial commitment and the rescheduled event can be on a date of your choosing within a two year period.

When rebooking we will need to check that your booked equipment is available, and the rescheduled date must still fall within our Capri hire season, which is April-September.

EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION PROCEDURES

We’ll bring a maximum of 3 staff to install your marquee and kindly ask that we have sole access to your site or venue when installing.

Where possible, we will install your marquee at least one day prior to your event. This not only gives you time to decorate, but also ensures there is minimal contact between trades, our staff and your guests.

FINAL NOTE...

By implementing these terms, together we’ve ensured your deposit and our Events and Hospitality business is completely protected.

We want to thank you to each and every client we’ve spoken to over the past 12-14 months. Despite this rollercoaster and having your special family occasions rescheduled, it’s been an absolute pleasure to work with you. The positivity, support and understanding has been astounding.
